The Connection Between Allergies and Nutrition

Digestive System Impact

A poor diet can strain your digestive system, potentially leading to an unhealthy gastrointestinal tract. When nutrition and digestion are compromised, undigested food molecules may enter the bloodstream, triggering immune responses and potential allergies. My approach focuses on breaking this cycle to restore balance.

Nutrition and Bio-Energetic Intolerance Elimination (BIE)

The synergy between good nutrition and Bio-Energetic Intolerance Elimination (BIE) is crucial for restoring balance and homeostasis. By integrating BIE with the nutritional guidance, I aim to provide more profound and sustainable relief from allergies and other related symptoms.

Testing and Addressing Stressors

Effective Stressor Reduction : My approach is effective in quickly identifying and reducing various stressors, including:

  • Why Bio-Energetic Intolerance Elimination (BIE)?
Unfortunately, we (and our pets) can develop sensitivities or intolerances to anything. Not only can the foods we eat cause us to become symptomatic, but the reactions we have to them can hinder the intake of important nutrients. Our bodies can fail to recognize certain hormones, neurotransmitters, vitamins or minerals, which are all necessary for a well-functioning body. Environmental stressors such as pollen and dust can trigger our natural defenses. And we are now exposed to more chemical stressors in our world than ever before. We are estimated to be exposed to more than 30,000 new chemicals than we would have been 50 years ago. We can become allergic to the things we love most, like our pets which can lead to a lot of heartbreak. With BIE, you are able to address the recognition process so the body can balance and rid itself of annoying symptoms so you can not only cuddle up with your furry friends comfortably but experience the world around you symptom-free.
  • How many sessions will I need?
It usually requires 1 to 4 sessions to achieve homeostasis to a given stressor. In most cases, homeostasis can be achieved after the first visit. However, depending on the client’s stress level, amount of bodily toxins, level of hydration and the strength of the person’s immune system, the other stressors may require a second, third or rarely even fourth session. Once homeostasis is achieved, there is usually no need for subsequent or yearly visits for the same substance.
  • Are there any side effects?
When the body has been freed of any stressors to which it has been exposed in the past, any damaged tissues will begin to break down and reabsorb back into the body. The odd headache, sore throat, sinus congestion, tired or lethargic feeling, aches and pains or even nausea are all usually signs of the body regenerating new cells and cleansing itself. This is known as a “healing crisis.” Sometimes, a healing crisis can start the day after the session, up to 3 weeks, and may last from 1 to 28 days. For this reason, many are surprised when the stressors they have been cleared of are still causing problems. They may appear to be getting sick. This is a good sign. The body is temporarily re-experiencing the same symptoms as it returns on the uphill road, throwing off and eliminating toxic wastes.
  • Is BIE safe for children and adults?
Absolutely! BIE is completely safe for children, adults, and pets!
  • What is the difference between an intolerance, an allergy, and a stressor?
Intolerance refers to a non-immune system response ranging from a minor irritation to an extreme reaction. The substance, or stressor, to which our body reacts, which is generally non-threatening, is viewed by our body as a threat to our general well-being. A Medical Allergist defines an Allergy as “a reaction to an otherwise harmless substance/stressor, food or environmental, that results in an immune system response.” This reaction consists of the release of histamine, leading to an inflammatory reaction. BIE defines a Stressor as: "a bioenergetic counteraction to a given substance which results in a reaction within the body.”
